Thank you to everyone who sent in more school supplies! We will definitely use them and we all appreciate the thought!
This week, the school is looking at Habit 2- Begin With The End in Mind. This is such a great habit as we teach ourselves not only how to set goals, but how to make a plan on how to achieve them. I hope you are seeing your children applying these habits at home as well! Last week, we started our Series Book Clubs and you may have noticed that your child brought home a book with a reading assignment. They have all done a great job of coming to their book clubs prepared for discussion and I think they are all enjoying their books. This week, we will be wrapping up our Addition unit in Math and will be having a Space Science test on Thursday. Have a great week! Mrs. Adams

I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend! I'm thankful the storm was not as bad as was predicted.
This week we have our Topic 7 assessment in math and will then be starting Topic 8 on addition. We will continue to learn about persuasive speeches as well as start our book clubs. I hope you all have a great week! Mrs. Adams Hopefully we don't get the nasty weather that is predicted this week!
This week we are jumping right back into learning and started new units in every subject! In reading, we are starting our Series Book Clubs. In writing, we are learning to write persuasive speeches. In math, we are learning how to read, interpret and create graphs. In science, we are starting our unit on space and Earth's patterns. Today, I am sending home yearbook order forms. You can send back the form by February 3, or order online until February 10. Second quarter progress reports will come home on Friday. We started our community time this week, and it has been a great experience! The kids are loving it and it is so much fun to have time with the whole school! Next week, students do not have school on Monday in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Have a great week! Mrs. Adams Welcome back! I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing break and is as excited about the 2nd semester as I am! With a whole semester completed, we are starting to run low on a few school supplies and it would be great if each family could send in a few more things. This is what we are needing:
